🌟 About the Role

As our Business Partner, Talent Intelligence & Analytics, you’ll be the strategic advisor who turns data into decisions. You’ll leverage SAP HR, and AI-powered tools e.g., Visier to drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and future skills development.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on influence, innovation, and insight.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Be a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategy into actionable workforce insights.
• Deliver predictive dashboards, skills heatmaps, and talent intelligence reports using SAP HR and AI-powered tools like Visier etc.
• Apply AI-powered HR solutions—from chatbots to sentiment analysis—to elevate employee experience and HR efficiency.
• Provide market intelligence to guide succession planning, reskilling, and org design.
• Co-create AI-driven learning pathways with L&D for future-ready talent.
• Champion ethical data practices and governance across all HR analytics initiatives.

🎯 What You Bring

🎓 Degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

📈 7+ years in HR or business partnering with strong analytics exposure

💻 Experience with HR tech (PowerApps, Power BI, Tableau; SQL/Python a plus)

🤝 Ability to influence leaders through data-driven storytelling

🌐 Experience working across local, regional & global HR teams
