🔬 About the Role

As our Laboratory Manager, you will lead the PGP Laboratory operations with purpose and precision. You will oversee daily laboratory performance, champion quality and HSE standards, guide a talented team, and collaborate across functions to ensure our products meet the highest global standards.

This role sits at the heart of our PGP business — where science, safety, and customer trust come together. Your leadership will help strengthen Linde’s commitment to reliability, compliance, and operational excellence across Thailand and throughout the Linde group.

• Foster a strong safety culture aligned with Linde’s HSE standards
• Lead by example through visible safety engagement and proactive incident reporting
• Ensure compliance with all harmonized HSE policies and procedures

• Lead the laboratory toward excellence under ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 17034, and GMP for medical gases
• Oversee quality audits, ensure robust SOP management, and maintain full traceability
• Continuously elevate our laboratory competency and performance

✨ Elevate Laboratory Performance

• Manage quantitative and qualitative analysis for PGP products with accuracy and timeliness
• Authorize product release decisions and ensure integrity of test results
• Oversee equipment assurance, calibration programs, and maintenance planning
• Execute method validation/verification and analytical improvement initiatives

✨ Empower People & Build Capability

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and chemists
• Set clear targets, track performance, and build future leaders
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues and improve customer satisfaction

Functional & Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office, and laboratory software

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Science, or related field
• 5–10 years experience in a major laboratory, including 1–3 years in gas analysis
