Making an impact. What will you do?
- You will be responsible for Incident & problem resolution within defined SLAs and set priorities in close collaboration with other Corporate IT teams and with business stakeholders in EMEA (support levels 1 to 3)
- You will also be doing Regression testing & regression test support during major releases and system upgrades
- Support the development of automated tests
- Gathering and analysing business requirements, translate these requirements into functional and technical scope and functional specifications
- Also, design, build and implement improvements and new functional solutions for Central Finance and Group Reporting based on state-of-the-art SAP standard system functionality and technical standards, complying with Linde IT standards and IT strategy and fully meeting business requirements
- Additionally, you will Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies and cost reductions, leveraging S/4Hana and new CFIN and Group Reporting functionalities
- Implement and coordinate the implementation of new CFIN and GR functionality and periodical upgrades of CFIN and Group Reporting according to Linde plc project management guidelines
- You will also do Knowledge transfer/guidance to and training preparation and delivery for IT and business stakeholders of new IT functionalities and IT solutions
- Also, Collaborating and consulting with business and IT teams or stakeholders and manage external service providers to deliver highly dependable, secure, and integrated solutions meeting compliance requirements to the business
- Cross-skilling team members to allow growth of team members, distribution of knowledge across team members and a more flexible work allocation.
- Also, ensure 100 % compliance with SOX, GDPR and GXP requirements (where applicable) and with Linde policies, standards and procedures.
- Lastly you will Support Management (IT or business) in decision making by offering solution ideas and design proposals visualized in PowerPoint or other media
- You must have a Bachelor's degree in business informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Global Certification(s) in Central Finance, Group Reporting, S/4 Hana implementation experience required, ITIL Certification preferred
- More than six (6+) years of experience in technical design, implementation and support of international large-scale systems in Central Finance and Group Reporting at a minimum experience in two end-to-end large scale CFIN and GR implementations
- You must have experience in working with onshore as well as offshore teams
- Also, you have expert knowledge in the support, implementation, upgrade and optimization of Central Finance and Group Reporting and in AIF interface error resolution for Central Finance
- Thorough understanding of Central Finance, Group Reporting and Finance & Controlling business processes Team player, strong intercultural communication and cooperation skills, very good command of English & German (optional) both written and spoken
- In depth knowledge of S/4 and Central Finance and Group Reporting standard functionalities with the aim to minimise programming
- You are required to have knowledge of incident, change and release management processes and tools
- Also, waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Lastly, strong analytical and conceptual thinking
