Making an impact. What will you do?

• You will be responsible for Incident & problem resolution within defined SLAs and set priorities in close collaboration with other Corporate IT teams and with business stakeholders in EMEA (support levels 1 to 3)
• In this role, you will be a part of Regression testing & regression test support during major releases and system upgrades Support the development of automated tests
• Also, Gather and analyse business requirements, translate these requirements into functional and technical scope and functional specifications
• Designing, building and implementing improvements and new functional solutions for Central Finance based on state-of-the-art SAP standard system functionality and technical standards, complying with Linde IT standards and IT strategy and fully meeting business requirements
• Also, identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies and cost reductions, leveraging S/4Hana and new CFIN functionality
• You will also Implement and coordinate the implementation of new CFIN functionality and periodical upgrades of CFIN according to Linde plc project management guidelines
• Knowledge transfer / guidance to and training preparation and delivery for IT and business stakeholders of new IT functionalities and IT solutions
• Collaborating and consulting with business and IT teams or stakeholders and manage external service providers to deliver highly dependable, secure, and integrated solutions meeting compliance requirements to the business
• Cross-skilling team members to allow growth of team members, distribution of knowledge across team members and a more flexible work allocation
• You will ensure 100 % compliance with SOX, GDPR and GXP requirements (where applicable) and with Linde policies, standards and procedures
• Supporting Management (IT or business) in decision making by offering solution ideas and design proposals visualized in PowerPoint or other media
  
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You must have bachelor's degree in business informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
• Also, Global Certification(s) in Central Finance, S/4 Hana implementation experience required, ITIL Certification preferred
• 6+ years of experience in technical design, implementation and support of international large-scale systems in Central Finance, at a minimum experience in two end-to-end large scale CFIN implementations
• You should have experience in working with onshore as well as offshore teams
• Ability to proactively learn new applications / methodologies / tools / technologies
• Further, you have the ability to work under limited supervision, to plan workload effectively and to multi-task across multiple assignments to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Methodical & process oriented and operate with strong results orientation
• You should be self-motivated, with the ability to learn and work in a meticulous and organized manner
• Must have ability to integrate with other IT functions and with peers across locations working across different time zones
• Ensure accountability and demonstrate full end-to-end ownership on topics in area of responsibility
• Continuously optimize business processes taking advantage of opportunities for synergy and efficiency and keeping the full end-to-end process in mind
• You will consistently provide value to the business by quality of own work and through the ability to deliver high quality and successful solutions within own area of expertise
• Additionally, you will Proactively and effectively communicate with stakeholders to achieve support and consistency of the overall IT strategies and policies, specifically in own subject area
