• Ensures efficient office administration procedures, and follow up the application of various engineering maintenance and purchasing systems of hr department.

• Assists in recruitment activities, prepares, contacts applicants for screening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arranges interviews appointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads; checks and documents applicant references.

• Assists by checking to ensure all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. HR Office,Associate Lockers.
