What is the job?
As Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll make sure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programmes in your hotel. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
Your day to day
Assist your manager to create programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey
Educate and Support managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance
Welcome and conduct new team member orientation
Responsible for maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees
Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed
Works on HRMS and updates the system and records as per SOP
Responsible for enrollment of staff in SSF and monthly staff contribution to the account.
Supports reporting manager in complete Human Resources cycle
Works as first point of contact to staff for any HR related concerns and issues.
Wears uniform with pride and honor
Any other duties as assigned by the management
What we need from you
Bachelor's in human resources management or equivalent university degree
Two years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Other languages may be preferred
