At InterContinental The Red Sea Resort, we don’t just manage reservations, we create the first impression of every guest journey. We are looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented, and service-focused Reservations Manager to lead our reservations function and ensure every booking experience is seamless, efficient, and aligned with our luxury standards.

As a Reservations Manager, you will act as a key driver of revenue performance and operational excellence. You will oversee inventory, optimize booking channels, and lead your team to deliver accurate, timely, and personalized service that supports both guest satisfaction and business success.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

1. Lead and develop the reservations team to deliver high performance and service excellence
2. Oversee all reservation channels including PMS, CRS, direct bookings, and third-party platforms
3. Manage room inventory, availability, and pricing strategies in line with demand
4. Monitor booking pace, trends, and performance to drive revenue opportunities
5. Coordinate with Revenue, Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for seamless operations
6. Handle VIP bookings and special requests with precision and attention to detail
7. Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and in line with standards
8. Prepare and analyze reports on occupancy, forecasting, and performance
9. Drive upselling and maximize revenue opportunities across all booking channels
10. Resolve guest concerns related to reservations in a timely and professional manner

What we need from you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory reservations role within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of revenue and inventory management
• Proficiency in PMS, CRS, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
