Key Responsibilities
Wedding & Social Events Sales (Primary Focus)
Proactively promote the hotel as a preferred wedding and social events destination.
Handle all wedding-related inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media leads).
Conduct detailed venue tours and wedding consultations with couples and families.
Customize wedding packages (venue, catering, décor coordination, room blocks, bridal suite, etc.).
Coordinate closely with décor suppliers, AV providers, photographers, and entertainment vendors.
Upsell premium menus, upgraded décor setups, bridal suites, and additional services.
Maintain strong relationships with wedding planners and event organizers.
Attend wedding exhibitions and bridal fairs to generate leads.
2. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
Achieve assigned banquet and wedding revenue targets.
Convert inquiries into confirmed events with strong follow-up and closing techniques.
Negotiate contracts in line with hotel pricing strategy.
Maximize revenue per event through strategic upselling.
3. Event Planning & Coordination
Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
Conduct pre-event meetings with operations and kitchen.

Ensure clear communication of:
Seating plans
Menu selections
Cultural or religious requirements
VIP and bridal arrangements
Be present during wedding events to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
2–3 years hotel banquet or wedding sales experience preferred.
Strong understanding of wedding traditions and cultural requirements (especially within local market).
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
