A little taste of your day-to-day:
We’re looking for a detail-driven General Accountant who’s ready to keep our financial records accurate, compliant, and running smoothly. You’ll support the finance team in maintaining strong internal controls, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial reporting is completed on time and to the highest standard. In return, we’ll trust you with safeguarding the financial integrity of our hotel operations while contributing to smarter business decisions.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Preparing and posting journal entries, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
● Performing monthly bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
● Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
● Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing and collection
● Maintaining fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
● Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
● Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and local regulations
● Supporting internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
● Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance financial accuracy

What We need from you:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
● 2–5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably within hospitality or a related industry
● Strong knowledge of general ledger functions, reconciliations, and financial reporting
● Familiarity with hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
● Understanding of local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
● Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
● Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent) preferred
● Must speak local language(s); additional languages are an advantage
● 2–5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably within hospitality or a related industry
