• Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team

• Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required

• Assist with direct mail campaigns

• Assist DOSM to carry on on-boarding program to new staff and prepare all stationary and system license.

• Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner

• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)

• Maintenance and management of data base

• Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base

• Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors

• Work with other IHG properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties

• Stock control of collateral

.Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good English verbally and written communication skills.
最好具有市场营销,酒店管理,商业管理或相关领域的大专学历或职业证书。1年相关工作经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。良好的英文口头及书面沟通能力。
