【岗位职责】
1.服从上级的安排，遵守饭店和部门的各项规章制度。
2.根据营业情况备齐各类器皿、用品，做好各种调味料、小料的准备工作，并做到加工精细、品种齐全、符合标准。
3.协助灶台人员调整上菜次序、饭菜程序、原料的初垫加工，以及出菜前的拼摆造型和原料腌制、调味、上粉、上浆等工作。
4.严把菜品质量关，确保菜品质量。
5.根据菜单要求并按上菜顺序上菜，做到不积压、不错乱、不疏漏；准确掌握客流量及宾客进餐情况，及时调整出菜速度。
