1、通过培训、管理、指导市场开拓销售团队、会议会展销售团队、宴会销售，开发短期和长期的市场和销售策略，以达到公司收益最大化。
2、指导和协调销售，活动管理，在线营销，传统通信使公司整体收入实现最大化。
3、根据市场计划设定可衡量的目标，指导方针和广告管理条款、宣传和促销项目。
4、开发，执行，保持恰当的市场计划，营销手册，宴会及会议管理程序手册以及分销和预订手册。
5、完成上级交办的其他任务。
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、英语、市场营销相关专业。
2、在部门内以及跨部门间建立协作关系，平衡个人和团队的目标，尊重他人以及不同的观点。
3、展现对知识的渴求并为他人提供专业建议以提高团队的专业技能。
4、至少三年五星级酒店同岗位或相似岗位工作经验。
