We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online marketing strategies and campaigns for our two hotels. This role focuses on maximizing sales through targeted digital initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of industry trends, and expertise in tools and best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Deliver key performance indicators (website performance, search engine optimization, paid advertisement, lead generation and conversion) and establish a roadmap for achieving them.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular analytics and reports for senior management on digital marketing performance.
- Oversee content creation and distribution to engage audiences on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Monitor spending to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new digital opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
Required Skills
- Communication skills are essential for interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective marketing and communication concepts, and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions.
- Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good writing skills.
