Position Overview
Assist with day‑to‑day warehouse operations by helping track inventory, receive and stock materials, perform clean-up operations, and support employees with basic warehouse and inventory tasks.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Perform clean-up operations as assigned.
- Help maintain accurate inventory by counting, labeling and organizing materials.
- Receive shipments, unpack items, and place materials in proper storage locations.
- Assist with ordering supplies and tracking incoming orders.
- Process returns and help keep records up to date.
- Perform basic data entry and other general clerical tasks.
- Support warehouse staff and follow established safety procedures.
- Help with vendor managed inventory and other miscellaneous assigned duties.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualities:
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or inventory work or willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers for basic data entry.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Education, Training, Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required for summer help roles.
Certificates, Registrations, Licenses:
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident.
Physical/Mental Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs, crawl, work from ladders and elevated platforms.
- Must not have a fear of heights, confined spaces, or working around high voltage equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry weights of up to 50 lb. on an irregular basis.
- Must possess mental, visual, and auditory acuity for attention to visual and auditory detail.
- Manual dexterity is required for operation of equipment and small tools.
- Work locations ranges from an office environment to outdoors and/or indoors in a high noise/high temperature environment with possible work in confined spaces.
Other information:
- Work will be performed primarily at the Transmission and Engineering facility in Pryor, Oklahoma.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
