GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Serves youth through mentorship, support, and learning about problem solving, conflict resolution, and career planning. Center point of connection to resources and services youth may need for career goal attainment. Cultivates an environment of learning and growth through involvement of youth in meaningful activities and events.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or six (6) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two (2) years of related experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
