RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in implementation of Cascade’s inventory management best practices by application of policies and following corporate processes.
  • Add new materials to stock to ensure availability and cost control.
  • Identify and communicate potential supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Forecast material needs to minimize stockouts.
  • Handle, store, and issue materials aligned with safety and quality standards.
  • Support daily storeroom activities and assist the Senior Storeroom Clerk as needed.
  • Locate, issue, and record materials using SAP tools, BOMs, and catalog systems.
  • Prepare, kit, and distribute proper quantities of materials for planned and unplanned work.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date system data to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor and respond to material requests from production and maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom and receiving areas.
  • Prepare documents for all external plant shipments.
  • Coordinate vendor deliveries and resolve supply issues.
  • Collaborate with planners to prioritize kitting for planned work orders.
  • Manage returns of kitted materials to inventory.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Understanding of safety regulations relevant to maintenance operations.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
