At our Cascades in Pryor OK , you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise as the Reliability Lead:
- Ensure mechanical and electrical integrity of owned equipment by driving planned maintenance and preventing breakdowns.
- Verify defect handling and work order accuracy, ensuring proper execution, follow-up, and closure.
- Create, manage, and support work orders, including changeovers and production transitions.
- Lead, document, and track Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to eliminate recurring issues and improve reliability.
- Serve as the communication link between management and operations regarding maintenance priorities and execution.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to Line Technicians and Tech 1 workforce while supporting reliability improvements.

- Strong commitment to safety, actively promoting and sustaining a safe working environment.
- Maintenance and manufacturing experience with hands-on mechanical expertise in a production setting.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to guide teams through complex situations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities grounded in maintenance processes.
- Experience managing and improving KPIs such as downtime, OEE, work order completion, and defect resolution.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
