工作內容

負責氣體相關產品、氣體容器及閥件、設備、零件等之採購

* Sourcing & Buyer :

(1) 依據商務發展尋找潛在供應商，評估其能力( 經營狀況、產能、品質等)並進行導入流程。

(2) 分析市場趨勢與原物料價格波動，提供採購策略與決策建議。

(3) 依據商務及技術端需求進行採購規格核對、訂定與採購模式談判。

(4) 商務談判、議價、合約議訂、合約執行與管理，並確認各項交易符合公司規範、法律與各國貿易法規。

(5) 確認業務端需求，協作庫存管理，並依據庫存回補計畫及無庫存的接單式進行採購。

(6) 供應鏈安排(產品交期/空瓶回運等)。

(7) 進行採購分配以取得品質/供應穩定及成本等的平衡。制定採購預算，並嚴格控制採購成本，尋找成本節省機會，降低採購成本。

(8) 識別和評估採購風險，例如供應鏈中斷、品質問題、價格波動等，制定風險應對措施。

(9) 供應商合作策略執行與長期關係維護。管理品質異常處理、改善追蹤與回饋。

(10) 採購ISO/SOP撰寫與執行。並依據ISO執行供應商管理( 新供應商資格驗證、既有供應商稽核、年度評鑑等) 。

(11) 月/季/年度採購資料的彙整與分析。

2. 專案計畫及執行

(1) 專案管理: 計畫制定, 預算申請, 專案執行, 專案目標達成。

(2) 跨部門溝通協調以支援專案需求。
