- Apply powder coat finishes to metal components.
- Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, hanging, masking, and inspecting materials.
- Ensure even, consistent powder coat coverage.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and appearance.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Powder coating or industrial painting experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Ability to consistently work the 5:00 AM–1:30 PM schedule.
- Starting pay of $17.00–$20.00/hour.
- Eligible temp-to-hire employees receive a $1.00/hour attendance incentive after 30 days of employment.
