Structural Steel FitterWe are hiring an experienced Structural Steel Fitter for a fabrication shop opportunity in the Pryor area. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently read shop drawings, perform accurate steel fit-up, and maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment.Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

- Read and interpret structural steel shop drawings and weld symbols
- Measure, lay out, fit, align, and assemble structural steel components
- Fit and tack-weld beams, columns, plates, angles, channels, and miscellaneous steel
- Verify dimensions, alignment, and fit-up for accuracy and quality
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and shop equipment
- Coordinate with welders and other fabrication personnel to support production schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous structural steel fitting or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand structural steel shop drawings
- Knowledge of steel layout, fitting, and fabrication methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Tack-welding experience is a plus
- Crane and rigging experience is a plus
