School CustodianWe are seeking a dependable School Custodian to support the daily cleanliness and upkeep of educational facilities. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent full-time hours and the potential for long-term employment.Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $15.00/hour
- After 520 hours while awaiting conversion: $17.00/hour
- School-year schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- Summer schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 30-minute paid lunch
- Overtime is generally not available
- Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine janitorial duties
- Maintain consistent cleaning quality throughout assigned areas
- Use standard custodial equipment and cleaning supplies
- Complete repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Work independently and stay on task with limited supervision
- Assist with routine upkeep of school grounds as assigned
- Help clean or clear sidewalks and entry areas during winter weather
- Follow established safety, security, and workplace procedures
- Report to the designated maintenance area at the beginning of each shift for the team meeting

- Ability to perform physically active custodial work
