- Sort, inspect, weigh, and package products for sale.
- Accurately measure products and perform basic weight conversions.
- Label and organize finished products.
- Maintain product quality and follow established handling procedures.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, equipment, and production areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Plant, tend, and harvest crops.
- Assist with watering, weeding, cultivation, and general field maintenance.
- Prepare planting areas and assist with seasonal crop production.
- Operate a walk-behind tiller and other small agricultural equipment when trained.
- Assist with automated planting equipment.
- Operate a small tractor when trained and authorized.
- Collect, load, and transport harvested products.
- Maintain tools, equipment, fields, and work areas.
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
- Able to safely lift and carry farm products, materials, and equipment.
- Basic math skills and a working knowledge of weight measurements and conversions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of agricultural and production duties.
- Previous farming, cultivation, landscaping, greenhouse, production, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
