CNC Machine Operator
Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour (DOE)
Action Group Staffing is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components while maintaining quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has previous CNC machining experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour (DOE)
Action Group Staffing is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components while maintaining quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has previous CNC machining experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
- Load programs, install tooling, and adjust machine offsets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and machining instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and identify production issues.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
- Replace tooling and perform routine machine adjustments.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous CNC machining or CNC machine operator experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Basic understanding of CNC operations, tooling, and machine setup.
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Starting pay of $18.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience.
- Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.
