- Schedule field service technicians for equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and repair appointments.
- Receive customer service requests by phone and email and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Assess customer needs and dispatch the most appropriate service technician.
- Prepare service estimates and communicate scheduling updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service history, and technician schedules.
- Coordinate technician travel and reconcile expense reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and field service personnel.
- Monitor open service requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain organized service documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of customer service, service coordination, dispatching, or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Starting pay of $18.00/hour.
- Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off.
