Starting Pay: $18.00+/hour (DOE)Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our fabrication team. This position is responsible for preparing, priming, and painting truck bodies and components using high-pressure paint systems while maintaining exceptional quality standards. The ideal candidate has industrial or automotive paint experience, a strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing a quality finish.Responsibilities

This position is responsible for preparing, priming, and painting truck bodies and components using high-pressure paint systems while maintaining exceptional quality standards. The ideal candidate has industrial or automotive paint experience, a strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing a quality finish.Responsibilities
- Determine work priorities with the shift lead.
- Use a computer to scan and log production jobs.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking, and priming as needed.
- Apply primer and finish coats using high-pressure paint equipment.
- Inspect painted parts for coverage, runs, splatter, and overall finish quality.
- Perform touch-ups and rework as necessary to meet quality standards.
- Maintain painting equipment and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–2 years of experience using high-pressure paint systems.
- Automotive or industrial painting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Starting pay of $18.00+/hour, based on experience.
