Powder Coat Technician (Overnight)Shift: Overnight (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
Starting Pay: $17–$20/hour + $3.00/hour shift differentialAction Group Staffing is seeking a dependable Powder Coat Technician to join our overnight production team. This position is responsible for preparing and powder coating metal components while maintaining high quality standards throughout the finishing process. Previous powder coating experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.Responsibilities
- Apply powder coat finishes to metal components.
- Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, hanging, masking, and inspecting materials.
- Ensure even, high-quality powder coat coverage.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and appearance.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Powder coating or industrial painting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Starting pay of $17–$20/hour
- $3.00/hour shift differential for overnight employees.
- Eligible temp-to-hire employees receive a $1.00/hour attendance incentive after 30 days of employment.
