The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and consistently produce aesthetically pleasing welds. Candidates must successfully pass a hands-on weld test as part of the hiring process.Responsibilities

- Perform MIG and/or Flux Core welding on steel components.
- Produce clean, high-quality welds that meet company standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions.
- Measure and lay out materials using tape measures, straightedges, rules, and calipers.
- Weld materials in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Follow all welding safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
- 2–3 years of MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.
- Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools.
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Starting pay of $20–$22/hour
