Construction Laborer
Join a growing construction team and play a key role in site preparation, material handling, and general construction support. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that takes pride in building quality projects safely and efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
• Move, load, and unload construction materials as needed
• Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades on active job sites
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support site preparation, layout, and general construction activities
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain organized work areas and assist with daily project needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors
Qualifications
• Previous construction, labor, landscaping, farming, oilfield, or outdoor work experience preferred
• Carpentry, framing, or general construction experience is a plus
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred
• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• This is a safety-sensitive position
• Marijuana/MMJ is not permitted, regardless of medical card status
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
