Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has previous MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.

This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has previous MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality welds according to blueprints and work instructions.
- Prepare materials for welding by grinding, drilling, cutting, tapping, and fitting components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions as required.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Perform minor modifications and repairs to fabricated components.
- Set up and safely operate welding equipment and related tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with MIG welding required; aluminum welding experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Starting pay of $19.00/hour.
- Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.
