Maintains machine performance, product quality, and adherence to specifications.Key Responsibilities<ul> <li>Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.).</li> <li>Load programs, adjust tooling, and set offsets.</li> <li>Interpret setup sheets, drawings, and machining instructions.</li> <li>Monitor machine operation and identify issues.</li> <li>Inspect parts to verify dimensions and quality.</li> <li>Replace tools and perform routine adjustments.</li> <li>Maintain records of production and output.</li> </ul>Required Qualifications<ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.</li> <li>Basic understanding of CNC operations.</li> </ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul> <li>Familiarity with G-code and M-code.</li> <li>Experience with CNC setup and troubleshooting.</li> </ul> </span> </div>
