Job Title: Project Support Team
Summary:
Start your career in maintenance and facility support with hands-on training and growth opportunities! This entry-level position provides support to the maintenance team across a variety of projects, including facility repairs, new construction, and turnaround work. You’ll assist with supervised mechanical tasks, facility cleanup, and material handling, while building skills to grow into a Maintenance Apprentice role.
What You’ll Do:
Assist maintenance staff by gathering tools, parts, and supplies.
Perform supervised tasks using hand tools (such as tightening fasteners or dismantling equipment).
Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.
Operate pallet jacks and, if trained/certified, forklifts.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Remove and properly dispose of non-hazardous debris and materials.
Support facility readiness during construction, repairs, and turnaround projects.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday, daytime schedule; occasional weekends as needed.
Start times may vary depending on the project; employees must be available between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM for an 8–10 hour shift.
Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour DOE (depending on experience).
Merit increases available during the probationary period, with opportunities for full-time hire.
Immediate hire opportunities available for the first qualified applicants.
What We Provide:
OSHA-10 certification (preferred, but available if not already held).
Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided (steel-toe boots required by employee).
On-the-job training with skilled maintenance professionals.

Physical & Environmental:
Routine standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Work performed in warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environments with typical noise and temperature variations.
All tasks performed under direct supervision of trained maintenance personnel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No prior maintenance experience required; training provided.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Previous tool or equipment use (forklift, pallet jack, hand tools) a plus.
